What’s the Purpose?

Our purpose is to raise money for sick kids and help those in need.

Through collaborative competition, athletes near and far can make a dent. One athlete may not be much, but one athlete multiplied by the CrossFit community is something else entirely.

And thanks to CrossFit Inc, all the administrative costs are handled; all we have to do is dig deep and Hope.

Weekend Breakdown:

 

Saturday

6:30am-7:30am: Registration

8am – 7pm: Competition (*Heat schedules will be provided at registration.)

7pm: Awards

Rules and Regulations

  • Must be at least 16-years-old.
  • Some CrossFit experience is recommended.
  • Scaling is cool.

Team:

  • 4 Athletes required
  • 2 Males/2 Females

Be Prepared For:

  • Trail Running
  • Swimming
  • Tree Chopping
  • Hay Baling
  • Canoeing
  • Rope Climbing
  • Strongman
